Information we receive
When you submit an enquiry, we securely store your name, email address, optional phone number, property location, selected area and service, and the details you provide. We also record the submission time, enquiry reference and follow-up status. Where available, we record the referring website's name or campaign tags attached to the link you used, so we can understand where enquiries come from.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, assess availability, prepare quotations, arrange requested services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Our usual legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with law and our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the business.
Who receives it
Our website hosting and storage providers process submitted details so we can receive and manage your enquiry. We share information only when reasonably necessary—for example with a suitable service partner to assess or deliver requested work, professional advisers, insurers, payment providers or authorities where required. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as needed for the enquiry, service, dispute prevention and applicable legal or accounting requirements. The website call list requires authorised staff sign-in. We use a short-lived, non-readable email identifier to limit repeated submissions; these counters expire within two hours and are removed during later form activity.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Staff access
A staff account connection request records the signed-in account's email address and website account identifier for owner review. A request does not automatically grant access to customer information.
Cookies
We have not added advertising or analytics cookies to this website. Essential sign-in cookies are used to protect private staff pages.
